Change of Mind

Wattle, Fodder and Vine does not return for change of mind once the product has been fulfilled, processed for delivery or delivered. If you do change your mind prior to these please contact us via email as soon as possible we aim to have you gift boxes sent as soon as possible between 2-48hrs

Damages and issues

Wattle, Fodder and Vine would hope that are products make it to you safely but on occasion breakage may occur.

If goods are broken please contact Wattle, Fodder and Vine via and please attach a picture of broken items in the box you had delivered.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we may ask that your item is sent back in this case we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order details provided are correct, including but not limited to contact/recipient details, hamper choice, and gift card message.

Our merchandise is ordered in advance and we make every effort to have stock available of all items, however, in certain circumstances, an ingredient or item may not be available. If we are unable to supply an item, we will replace the product with an alternative of equal or greater value without notifying the customer.

Our standard business hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday AEST. Any requests received outside of those standard business hours will be completed as soon as possible during business hours. We may at our discretion add additional hours during busy periods in selected teams.

Wattle, Fodder and Vine are proud of the presentation and content of our Gift Boxes. Deliveries are made by a third party courier, therefore, Wattle, Fodder and Vine can only take responsibility for items until they leave our premises. If anything is damaged please provide photos and we will resolve the matter for you.
