About Us

About Us

My name is Jaclyn and I began Wattle, Fodder & Vine in August 2020.

I am an avid foodie and have an enthusiastic appreciation for Australian wine. We are incredibly spoilt for choice when it comes to produce here, and I adore exploring the myriad of passionate food and beverage creators that we have across our country. As well as enjoying some damn good food and wine, it brings me so much joy to support local and to watch these businesses grow and flourish.

With a passion for connecting people with my favourite delicacies and treats, it was only a matter of time before I was putting them all into the ultimate food compilations! People loved trying new wines and sampling goodies from places they had never known about, and I loved bringing the two together!

With the products from Wattle, Fodder & Vine, your taste buds will be tantalised, your stomachs satisfied and your hearts full. I look forward to sharing some of my favourites from around Australia and thank you for choosing to support local too!

About Me

I am the face behind the business :) I began WF&V in August 2020 with an aim to support the myriad of wonderful local businesses across Australia. I am a big believer in small business and find so much happiness in seeing them grow and flourish.

Although I could talk extensively about my passion for WF&V, instead today I thought I would share a little more about myself.

Born and raised in South Australia, I was blessed to grow up in an incredible part of the country. My favourite past times have been walking the crystal clear beaches of Brighton or exploring SA's spectacular wine country. I even moved to the infamous Clare Valley for a few years where I developed a deep fondness for a good Riesling! I am sure many of you can relate! If you haven't tried it yet, one one my favourite from that region is a glass of Jeanneret 'Big Fine Girl' Riesling (my sisters too).

I have since moved to the Sunshine Coast where I have come to adore yet another stunning part of Australia. My love for the beach is now shared with my fur baby Dusty, who makes the occasional guest appearance on the WF&V social pages. You can often find us visiting Coolum Beach in the Summertime where Dusty enjoys a run.

Between living in SA and the Sunshine Coast, I caught the travel bug and enjoyed time in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and the USA. I am sure that I am not the only one who is looking forward to stretching our feet when restrictions ease and we can explore this beautiful world we live in once again.

When I am not working on WF&V, I work in my other line of passion as a teacher's aid. I have been in this profession for 6 years now and I find so much joy in supporting my students and watching them achieve their potential.

In my down time, I enjoy relaxing with a good Netflix series. 'Yellowstone' is one that I recently (and unexpectedly) became addicted to, and I am now loving 'Manifest.' If you have any other recommendations let me know!

Connecting with my audience and supporters is so important to me. I love hearing what you're up to and how my products are enjoyed within your lives. I put so much thought and consideration into my WF&V boxes and I hope you enjoy them as much as I love making them.
